Premedical students work side by side with their professors in the new John S. Toll Science Center, which opened in Spring 2005. The 47,000 square-foot facility houses state-of-the art teaching and laboratory space, including chemistry and general biology labs, a marine biology lab, a penthouse greenhouse, and a dramatic three-story glass atrium. Renovations to the companion Dunning/Decker science complex were completed in 2006. The math and psychology departments have new classrooms, experimental labs, and an animal psychology suite.

From the look of the animal lab facilities, one student noted "it's a very good place to be a rat."
